Good Friday afternoon everyone! Yet another Friday and Tim has again left his office unlocked… actually, Tim has been on the road most of the week at an economic development conference and attending meetings associated with that…Go Tim Go!
There has been a lot of activity this week at the office as the backpacks have found their new homes on the backs of some great kids…lots of smiles!
I was able to get some more Ashland Alliance podcast guests recorded. The name of the podcast is “Northeast Kentucky Regional Update” or “NEKY Regional Update.” Those will be available soon on the website and other places where podcasts are available. I want to get a few more recorded so there is somewhat of a library of them…stand by, you may be my next guest!
Next week we will be cutting a ribbon to signal the opening of the Boyd County Fair, Tuesday the 22nd at 4:30 at the fairgrounds!
Come out and have a great time with us next Thursday the 24th from 5-7 at our Business After Hours sponsored by The Foundation for The Tri-State Community in the beautiful Paramount Arts Center. We will be celebrating 50 years of strong foundations and lasting legacies…we hope to see you there!
This time next week we will be able to tell you the details of The Ashland Alliance Annual Meeting. You’re going to love it!
This past Tuesday we also celebrated the 54th anniversary of Woodstock (almost like a holiday to me, and the music out of my office all day was…amazing) and far more importantly…Samantha’s Birthday is tomorrow, she’s not nearly as old, but every bit as cool!

Have a great weekend!
Scott
