It is a wonderful week to be sitting in the chair at the Alliance. This week has been a busy one! I spent two days at one of the largest aviation business shows in the nation. I had the chance to meet with six companies that all had active projects or opportunities for expansion. They were interested in hearing the positive things happening in the area. It truly is a good time to be in Northeast Kentucky.
I also had the opportunity to partner with the Alliance staff on the Town Square Ribbon Cutting for their newly designed Midtown Branch today. This state-of-the-art facility builds on new trends in banking. It maximizes new technology in online services and continues the use of smiling staff many of you use daily. It was a perfect day to gather and celebrate investment in our community.
Our Community Leadership Development Class is already on week seven of eight and this week visited Ashland Regional Dance Theater, Ramey-Estep, Pathways, Hope's Place...all part of the Child Advocacy week. This program is 38-years-old! I want to say a big thank you to the day chairs that care enough about this program and their community.
