ASHLAND, Ky. — Joined by representatives from King’s Daughters Medical Center and the Ashland Alliance, City National Bank customers and employees celebrated the grand opening of a new branch at King’s Daughters Medical Center on Tuesday.
Following a 10 a.m. ribbon cutting at the new location on the first floor of the hospital’s Medical Plaza A, visitors were treated to complimentary refreshments throughout the day and entered to win a host of prizes, including a Yeti cooler, 50-inch TV, University of Kentucky basketball tickets and gift cards to local gas stations.
City’s Kentucky Region Manager Lori Cooksey said the event surpassed expectations.
“We had a wonderful turnout for the ribbon cutting and open house, and it was a great opportunity to get to know some more members of our community and learn how we can best serve their banking needs.
“With a full-service branch inside the hospital, we can now provide assistance to employees, patients and visitors in a convenient location.”
KDMC CEO Kristie Whitlatch assisted with the ribbon cutting and expressed her excitement for the partnership with City.
